This year, we are focusing on a passage from 1 Corinthians 15:58: “Be Steadfast & Immovable.” Paul’s exhortation to the church to be abounding in the work of the Lord with the proper attitude, motivation, and knowing that your labor is not in vain. As we evaluate the different life experiences that either turn us away from God or cause us to turn away from others, we choose to be steadfast and immovable.
Through the specific accounts of the saints in the Bible, we will glean lessons that apply to steadfastness and abounding in the work of the Lord. Our time will be one of reaffirming, personal evaluation, and recommitment to the calling of God.
We will have a new group of speakers who will share with us their wealth of experience and faith, tailored to our unique calling as leaders within the home, as wives, and to your individual calling within your church.
November 3, Monday, 7:00 p.m., arrive start time (check-in and dinner on your own)
November 4, Tuesday, full day of ministry with free time and an evening of worship and teaching.
November 5, Wednesday Morning teachings with the conclusion by noon
Who is invited? We have called this a Pastor’s Wife Gathering, but we recognize that many churches have women in leadership positions who serve alongside you and would benefit from such an opportunity. Therefore, who you invite is left up to your discretion. This gathering is open to all CC from all over, so don’t hesitate to pass this invitation along to other Calvary chapels’ pastors’ wives. **Non-crawling nursing infants are welcome, but we kindly ask you to be sensitive to the needs of others.

Pre-plan your free time activity by utilizing the amenities the resort offers. We plan to secure a pontoon boat if you’d like to enjoy a ride. The Mall of Georgia is also nearby.
SPEAKERS
Kathy Adams
Kathy Adams leads the women’s ministry at Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain, Georgia, where her husband, Sandy, is a pastor.. Making the Bible come alive and be applicable led her to write several Bible studies focused on women. She is a mother of four grown children, all of whom are married, and with their twelve children, keeps her busy as a grandmother. When not at church, she enjoys participating in dental mission trips, as well as gardening, reading, and playing competitive tennis.
Keri Carson
Keri Carson has been married to Daryl Carson, the long-serving pastor of Calvary Chapel Eastern Shore in Daphne, Alabama, for 17 years. Together, they have two children, Ben and Evelyn, with Ben recently marrying Jeanie. Keri has dedicated most of her adult life to ministry, serving as a pastor’s wife and missionary across various Calvary Chapels. Her life verse is Psalm 37:3: “Trust in the LORD, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.”
Heidi Hoppe
Heidi is married to John Hoppe, the pastor of Calvary Chapel Lexington, SC. They have been married for 39 years and have served together in ministry. Heidi oversees the women’s ministry at CCL, helping women grow in their relationship with Christ and with one another through discipleship and teaching God’s Word. John and Heidi have four married children and seven grandchildren, whom they cherish and spend as much time with as possible!
Amanda Vazquez
Amanda Vazquez has served as the worship leader at Calvary Chapel Miami in Miami, Florida, for nine years. Her husband, Zak Vazquez, has been the Senior Pastor since 2020. Together, they have found joy and privilege in serving the congregation at CCM. Their ministry goal is simple: ‘To glorify the Lord and edify His church.’ Amanda and Zak have been married for 13 years and have four beautiful children: Levi, Ella, Luke, and Zeke.
Ashley Johnson
Ashley Johnson is from The Chapel of Cleveland, a Calvary Chapel located in Cleveland, TN. She and her husband planted the church there eight years ago. They have a large family with five children, ranging in age from 6 to 22 years old. While she spends most of her time with her family and serving the church, she is also a fitness enthusiast and enjoys teaching various group exercise classes for fun!
Lorraine Aldrete
Lorraine Aldrete is the wife of Joe Aldrete Sr., who serves as the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Fellowship in Foley, AL, where they have lived for the past 16 years. Previously, she served for 12 years on the staff at Calvary Chapel in Moreno Valley, CA. Married for 37 years, she is blessed with four children and eight grandchildren.
Bobbie Ramirez
Bobbie Ramirez has served at Calvary Chapel Fredericksburg for eight years, doing ministry alongside her husband, Seth, and their three wonderful boys. They are involved in youth and young adult ministries, and she also serves on the women’s ministry team. Bobbie is passionate about encouraging others in their walk with Jesus and loves being part of what God is doing in and through the local church.
Leslie Wilson
Leslie Wilson serves as the Women’s Ministry Leader at The Movement Church in Clarksville, TN. For over five years, she has served alongside her husband, Rob Wilson, the Senior Pastor, as they center their lives around Jesus. As a devoted wife and mother of four children, two of whom still live at home, Leslie balances her family responsibilities with her heartfelt mission to guide and nurture women in their faith. She also takes joy in being a proud mom to two playful puppies.
Keli Lucero
Keli Lucero is the wife of Randy Lucero, Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Greer. Before moving to Greer, South Carolina, in 2006, the Luceros served in full-time ministry for 13 years at Calvary Chapel East in Albuquerque, NM. Now entering its twentieth year of ministry, CCG continues to grow under their leadership. Keli oversees the Women’s Ministry, Women of the Word, where she shares her passion for teaching Scripture to help women grow in God’s grace. Additionally, she is a member of the worship team and has a deep love for drama ministry, writing, and directing evangelistic productions for missions. Together, they have two grown daughters and six grandchildren.
Tracy Kirk
Tracy Kirk is the wife of Mark Kirk, senior pastor at Calvary Knoxville. We have 4 adult daughters and three grandchildren. We have served full-time in the ministry since 1991 and planted the church in Knoxville in 1997. Apart from working at the church and helping women, I enjoy eating out and interior design.
