2025 Deep South Pastors & Leaders Conference

Leaders lead. In almost every arena of life a leadership vacuum will not last long. Someone will step up and lead – whether you want them to or not – whether they do it well or not. This is why the right leaders for your ministry should be identified and trained.

This is the purpose of the Deep South Pastors and Leaders Conference. This conference is a resource for you and your church. The leaders you invite to come with you is one way to lay hands on the people in your church that you believe God is calling to help you lead. Pray and choose well. And when you and your team arrive our job is to provide you challenging and helpful content. That’s why we invite trusted teachers and keep the format fresh. We too pray and try to choose well.

This year I’m asking our teachers to speak not only from God’s Word, but from their personal experiences in leading people. We want to hear about the wisdom they’ve gleaned, the mistakes they’ve made, the trials they’ve endured, the lessons they’ve learned, the victories they’ve won. This conference will place a special focus on assistant pastors and their role.

Our goal is to help us all get better at what we do. The job God has given us deserves proper preparation and our best effort. We hope you and your church will take advantage of this year’s conference. See you in September.
